DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions from harvesting to packaging.
• Accountable for accurate weighing, labeling, and packaging (Cultivation and/or Production) in a timely manner.
• Responsible for loading and unloading designated equipment.
• Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
• Processes finished product to desired standards.
• Maintains supplies and inventory levels.
• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the packaging area.
• May be asked to assist in other areas of cultivation space.
• May be required to work non-standard hours or weekends on an occasional basis as needed and maintain a sense of heightened security awareness.
• Any additional duties deemed necessary by management.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar, and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, cleaning and inventory management.
• Employ essential growing methods. Maintains in-depth knowledge of PH, PPM and EC counts.
• Mastery of Soil growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria    and nutrient implementation.
• Working knowledge in container systems with soil and hydro as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Strains– Sativa, Indica and Hybrids. Maintain knowledge of growth characteristics, nutrient needs, and environmental needs of individual strains.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
• Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Assist Head of Cultivation and Leads in maintaining OSHA standards, safety, and protocols.
• Don proper PPE in the cultivation space, at all times.
• Perform facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Able to wear a respirator, as needed, responsible for obtaining “fit tests” for respirators.
• Any additional duties as determined by Management.

OTHER ASSOCIATED FACTORS:

• May need to lift 50+ plus pounds and stand for long hours. May be required to lift boxes, plants, tools and various heavy implements.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work areas.

• Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner.

The Maintenance Janitor is responsible for ensuring the essential cleaning functions of the facility and ensure facility restrooms are cleaned and in working order. This includes Building, Landscaping, Safety, plumbing and Janitorial functions (collectively known as ‘Maintenance’). This position will be working in the Cultivation Area, and may require assisting with Cultivation needs.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Maintains the cleanliness of restrooms, includes toilets, countertops, sinks and floors.
• Communicates with Manager, and ensures directives are carried out to its expectations.
• Vacuum, mop, and buff floor areas, insures that areas are cleaned on a daily basis.
• Assists with repairs as needed.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines.
• Maintains clear and accurate maintenance inventory. Ensures all items are accounted for in their area.
• Reports missing product or suspected theft to the security and upper management immediately. Performs any additional duties as deemed necessary by management
• Must maintain a positive attitude and able to communicate in a professional manner with other team members.
• May be required to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time in same place when assisting on events.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed and work on weekends and Holidays.

EXPECTED DUTIES:

• Initiate and complete transactions with customers.
• Maintain a register, handle cash, and z-out drawers.
• Convey accurate product information to patients and customers.
• Cultivate long term-customer relationships by providing superior customer service.
• Perform reception duties as needed– Check ID’s and/or credentials for patients and customers.
• Maintain adequate stock and accurate inventory counts.
• Follow guidelines and protocol as required in a highly regulated industry.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales experience.
• POS experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• The ability to stand long hours.
• The ability to lift 20lbs or more.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cannabis products– various flower strains, concentrates, edibles and topicals.
• A team player attitude, attention to detail and strong desire for success.
• Must be over 21 (regulatory requirement).

DESIRED:

• Biotrack, or similar inventory software experience.
