FULL-TIME CULTIVATOR

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Perform all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar, and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, cleaning and inventory management.
  • Employ essential growing methods. Maintains in-depth knowledge of PH, PPM and EC counts.
  • Mastery of Soil growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria    and nutrient implementation.
  • Working knowledge in container systems with soil and hydro as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Strains– Sativa, Indica and Hybrids. Maintain knowledge of growth characteristics, nutrient needs, and environmental needs of individual strains.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
  • Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  • Assist Head of Cultivation and Leads in maintaining OSHA standards, safety, and protocols.
  • Don proper PPE in the cultivation space, at all times.
  • Perform facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.

MAINTENANCE / JANITOR

Maintenance / Janitor – Cultivation Area

The Maintenance Janitor is responsible for ensuring the essential cleaning functions of the facility and ensure facility restrooms are cleaned and in working order. This includes Building, Landscaping, Safety, plumbing and Janitorial functions (collectively known as ‘Maintenance’). This position will be working in the Cultivation Area, and may require assisting with Cultivation needs.

 

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Maintains the cleanliness of restrooms, includes toilets, countertops, sinks and floors.
  • Communicates with Manager, and ensures directives are carried out to its expectations.
  • Vacuum, mop, and buff floor areas, insures that areas are cleaned on a daily basis.
  • Assists with repairs as needed.
  • Understanding of OSHA guidelines.
  • Maintains clear and accurate maintenance inventory. Ensures all items are accounted for in their area.
  • Reports missing product or suspected theft to the security and upper management immediately. Performs any additional duties as deemed necessary by management
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and able to communicate in a professional manner with other team members.
  • May be required to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time in same place when assisting on events.

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE BUDTENDER

Overview

Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) and Lead Retail Sale Associates (LRSAs) are responsible for sales transactions with registered medicinal marijuana patients, their registered caregivers, and retail consumers, ensuring scrupulous adherence to relevant statutes and regulations, and facility policies and procedures, governing the sale of marijuana products.

RSAs and LRSAs report to the Dispensary Manager (the “DM”).

Responsibilities

  • Conducting sales transactions with patients, caregivers and retail customers, accepting tendered cash, issuing receipts, and ensuring provision of mandatory patient information and product warnings, complying fully at all times with relevant California statutes and regulations and facility policies and procedures to ensure diversion prevention, supply of marijuana only to legally authorized buyers and adherence to quantity limits.
  • Counseling patients, primary caregivers and recreational consumers regarding the use of cannabis and cannabis-infused products, including dosages, forms, effects, and side effects.
  • Assisting the PCM in monitoring and verifying inventory.
  • For LRSAs, managing the facility in the PCM’s absence.
  • Accurately inputting all necessary data regarding transactions and inventory in the POS system.
  • Rigorously upholding patient and caregiver confidentiality in all respects at all times.
  • Always presenting a neat and clean appearance and pleasant, polite demeanor to provisioning clients.
  • Assisting the PCM in maintaining a clean, welcoming, well-maintained provision center environment.
