PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) - The newest medical marijuana dispensary in Portland, Shango Dispensary, opened its doors Thursday. The dispensary is located in the Windy Corner Shopping Complex near Portland International Airport. This is the second Shango location in Portland, the first opened more than a month ago in Southeast Portland.
